Had my first visit with Meghan Biglioma here. She did a thorough full body scan and addressed all my questions. Looking forward to their aesthetics services. The office is efficient, clean, well located and was a pleasure. I highly recommend Wilmington Dermatology.

Very pleasant atmosphere Dr Kelly knows what she is doing and doesn’t mind taking her time to explain things to you. Dr Kelly explains options that other doctors have available that you may prefer to get the results she can do but that have a more accurate and longer lasting effect. That’s the best kind of doctor I know of and want plus she is so easy to talk and her support team is amazing also they are very knowledgeable, nice and professional.

If you’re looking for tattoo removal, don’t come here! Extremely painful and expensive and (at least the tech I had) gave me the wrong aftercare instructions, so my ink didn’t go anywhere! Instead, check out Shannon at Dragonfly Permanent Makeup Salon. She is a lot more experienced in tattoo removal, provides lidocaine cream beforehand for the pain, meticulously lasers over the unwanted tattoo instead of giving it a ten second swipe, like they do here AND charges half the price! Wish I’d found her first, but grateful I’ve found her now! Pics are from right before my session here and at the elevator when I was leaving. I would add an after pic, but after 6+ weeks, it looked the exact same as the first pic

Dr. Lamar was awesome. First time seeing her and only second time ever seeing a dermatologist. she took her time, she LISTENED to me, did NOT RUSH me, she answered questions my previous Derm did not! Even though I had lots of questions, covering multiple topics..she patiently answered all with a smile. Highly recommend!

Jacquelyn is amazing! I had ultherapy done with her last year on my chin and was shocked to see the difference from my before and after photos. Jacquelyn is sweet, informative and makes the whole process comfortable. The procedure is a little spicy but worth it! Will recommend to my family and friends!

Staff is always so friendly, they get you in as promptly as possible, they are happy to explain charges without attitude. I value customer service and it’s hard to come by, and WDC has great customer service. The atmosphere is clean and inviting and they have the BEST laser hair removal device around town. 10/10 recommend!

I give Karin Hipp P.A-C five stars! She has always addressed every need I have had with the upmost quality of care, and compassion. They are timely with all appointments and I never have to wait which is important with my busy schedule. The bonus is I look and feel great!
